Using Padhav

By creating an account or using Padhav, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Use Padhav for your own interview preparation. Do not scrape, resell, reverse-engineer, share access to, or otherwise misuse the service or its content.

Interview questions, feedback, and scores are generated by AI for practice purposes. They may contain errors and are not a guarantee of performance in any official UPSC, KVS, NVS, or other interview.

Padhav sells one-time session packs per track (UPSC and KVS). Prices include GST where stated. One free session per track is available without payment. Paid packs do not auto-renew.

Padhav, its design, content, and software are owned by Padhav Private Limited. Your interview answers remain yours; you grant us a limited licence to process them solely to provide the service.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Padhav Private Limited is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for outcomes in any real interview or examination.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or misuse the service. You may delete your account at any time.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Bengaluru shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

You must be 18 or older to hold a Padhav account, and able to enter a binding contract under Indian law. Padhav is built for adult UPSC, KVS, and NVS aspirants and is not directed at children. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 18, we will close it and delete the associated data.

When you tap “Register account”, or continue with Google, you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy as they stand on that date. We record the date and the version you accepted. If we change either document materially, we will tell you in-app or by email before the change takes effect, and continuing to use Padhav after that date is acceptance of the new version. If you do not accept it, you may delete your account.

We send service messages you cannot opt out of while you hold an account: confirmation and password links, payment receipts, scorecard-ready notices, and security alerts. Practice reminders, new-feature notes, and exam-cycle updates are optional — we send them by email, and by WhatsApp or SMS only if you gave us your number and opted in. Every optional email includes an unsubscribe link; use it, or write to [email protected], to stop optional messages without affecting your account. We do not use your number for advertising or share it with advertisers.
