Using Padhav

By creating an account or using Padhav, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Use Padhav for your own interview preparation. Do not scrape, resell, reverse-engineer, share access to, or otherwise misuse the service or its content.

Interview questions, feedback, and scores are generated by AI for practice purposes. They may contain errors and are not a guarantee of performance in any official UPSC, KVS, NVS, or other interview.

Padhav sells one-time session packs per track (UPSC and KVS). Prices include GST where stated. One free session per track is available without payment. Paid packs do not auto-renew.

Padhav, its design, content, and software are owned by [Legal Entity]. Your interview answers remain yours; you grant us a limited licence to process them solely to provide the service.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, [Legal Entity] is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for outcomes in any real interview or examination.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or misuse the service. You may delete your account at any time.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Bengaluru shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
